How to Enrol

Selecting Parramatta Marist will give your child the best opportunity to develop academically, spiritually and socially, and in partnership with Catholic education.


Specifically, joining this community means parents/carers and students are committed to:

  • the development of quality relationships with all members of the school community
  • the Catholic identity and evangelising mission of the school within the Church
  • supporting the school in upholding school policies and procedures
  • involvement by parents and caregivers, where possible, in the life of the school.

We accept year 7 applications from the beginning of the school year,  for the following year only. Applications for year 7 2022 must be received by 2:00pm on Friday 19 March 2021.


Enrolment Procedure

Step 1:

Open Night and Immersion Day


Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. We hold an annual open night in March where you can learn more about what is offered at Parramatta Marist.

For those wishing to enrol into Years 8 - 11,  students are asked to attend an Immersion Day at the school before being offered an interview. Immersion Days are held throughout the year as required. These days are aimed to give prospective students a sense of the unique teaching and learning style that has made Parramatta Marist High School successful in both its academic and vocational pathways.



Step 2:

Review the
enrolment instructions

Before completing the Enrolment Application, read the Enrolment Instructions and Checklist for relevant supporting documents in the Enrolment Application Form.

Enrolment packages containing the Enrolment Instructions and Application Forms are also available from the school office. 


Step 3:

Enrolment Application

Complete and submit an: 
Enrolment Application Form
Overseas and Exchange Students (Form C)
Contact information form for parents/carers not residing with the student (Form D)
Parish Priest Reference Form

Parents/carers are welcome to come to the school to receive an enrolment package from the office staff.

The completed Enrolment Application, together with all requested supporting documentation and a $50 non-refundable Application Fee must be submitted, in person, to our school office between 9:00am and 2:30pm on school days.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications. We are also unable to accept cash, application fee payments need to be made by card. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.


Step 4:

Enrolment Acceptance

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the $300 non-refundable Enrolment Deposit by the requested date to secure your position.


This deposit contributes towards your first term school-based fees.

The Bishop Manning Support Fund provides full or part assistance to families in financial need who desire a Catholic education for their children, but for whom the cost is out of reach.
